Obtaining Vehicle License Plates
The 资产会计 Office requires specific information to request license plates for university vehicles. The information that is required depends on circumstances of the vehicle's acquisition. Please call 208-885-4070 with questions.

Forward or deliver the Report of Sale and Application for Certificate of Title (ITD-3339(1)) along with an index number to cover the cost of license plates; by Campus Mail to MS 2281, in-person at Facilities 盈余 Building or by email to inventory@apipros.net.

Forward the bill of sale and title to your local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) office. The DMV will provide you with an Application for Certificate of Title (ITD-3339(1)).
A vehicle identification number inspection may also be required by the DMV or local police.
Forward the application along with an index number to cover the cost of license plates to 资产会计 by Campus Mail to MS 2281, in-person to Facilities 盈余 Building or via email to inventory@apipros.net.
