Idaho law requires UAS operators to obtain written consent before conducting any of the below.

Photograph or Record. Publishing or disseminating a photograph or recording of an individual that was captured via UAS.
Information Gathering. Conduct surveillance, gather evidence or information about, photograph or record an individual or private property without written consent of the individual or private property owner.
Idaho Code 21-213. Review Idaho Code 21-213(2)(a) and (b) for details and exceptions.
