专业发展 (PD) courses in the College of Education, 健康 and Human Sciences (EHHS) are typically offered to educators and administrators who need initial certification or to maintain credentials, as well as for the purpose of staying abreast of new policies and procedures. They cover a broad spectrum of topics and are offered throughout the State of Idaho and via online delivery methods.

If you want to teach PD courses at U of I through EHHS, the Associate Dean or a Department Chair will first ensure you are qualified to teach the course(s) you are proposing. If they determine you are, you will need to be affiliated with U of I in order to teach.
- 提交一个 课程的建议 and attach your CV or resume and a course syllabus.
- An Affiliate Data System Set-up Form will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your qualifications. (If you are currently employed at U of I, you do 不 need to complete Steps 2-4.)
- Complete the form, and fax it directly to Human 资源 at 208-885-3602.
- When you receive your confirmation from Human 资源, including your V number if you have never been affiliated with U of I in any capacity, 电邮至 专业发展团队 (ehhspd@apipros.net), and your Affiliate EPAF will be processed.
- 一旦你的EPAF完成, the 专业发展团队 can begin processing PD course proposals for you.
A 专业发展 课程的建议 做 不 require a syllabus; however, the course proposal form requires the following information:

- Grade Mode (How will grades be determined and what weight is given to each assignment? How will the final grade be qualified and quantified?)
- Completion Requirements (In what activities will students be engaged? What are students held accountable for and how will their work be assessed and graded? Include attendance policy and specific assignments complete with grading criteria and due dates).
The information requested above will be used to create the PD course in 继续学习爱达荷州. 因此, please include all the details and pertinent information you would like a student to know about your PD course. Please provide students registered in your course with a copy of your syllabus.
The course proposal form provides all the information needed to set up your course, including your contact information in case we have any questions. 大多数字段都是必需的. Please be as thorough and accurate as possible.
Grades are due upon completion of coursework and are available for viewing within 24 hours of entry.
If students need proof of completion of their PD coursework, they may view and print transcripts in 继续学习爱达荷州.
1月1日起, 2024, professional development credits will appear on 继续学习爱达荷州 transcripts only. Any professional development credit taken prior to the above listed date will appear on the students’ official degree seeking academic transcript ordered through the Office of the Registrar. Both transcripts are considered Official Transcripts from the 365滚球官网 and have been approved by the Idaho State Department of Education.
